These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ki9 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ki9 ("ki9", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ki9.bio. By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ki9 platform and close your account. Continued use of ki9 after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. ki9 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; the most current version is always published at ki9.bio/terms-conditions.
2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use ki9. By creating an account, you confirm that you are aged 21 or above. ki9 enforces strict age verification at registration and at the point of any withdrawal request. Accounts belonging to players found to be under 21 will be suspended immediately and all funds returned. 21+ Only
2.2 One Account per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ki9 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under the name of another person — is strictly prohibited. ki9 uses device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Any bonus earnings from duplicate accounts will be voided and the accounts suspended.
2.3 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and preferred payment method. Submitting false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination without return of funds if fraudulent activity is confirmed.
2.4 Account Verification (KYC)
ki9 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
2.5 Restricted Persons
The following persons are not permitted to register or use ki9:
- Any individual under 21 years of age
- Employees, contractors, or agents of ki9 or its affiliated companies
- Immediate family members of ki9 employees
- Any person who has been self-excluded from ki9 during their self-exclusion period
- Any person accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law
3. Account Security and Responsibility
3.1 Password and Login Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ki9 username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ki9 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any messaging service. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility.
3.2 Unauthorised Access
If you suspect that your ki9 account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact ki9 support immediately at [email protected]. ki9 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
3.3 Device Security
You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile device or browser you use to access ki9 is secure and free from malicious software. ki9 recommends logging out after each session, particularly on shared or public devices. Enabling your device's screen lock adds an additional layer of protection for your account.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
ki9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for players in Bangladesh:
- bKash (minimum deposit: ৳200)

- Rocket (minimum deposit: ৳300)
- Upay (minimum deposit: ৳300)

4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your ki9 wallet instantly or within a few seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts during BST business hours. ki9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. ki9 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.
4.4 Withdrawal Limits
Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily limits are displayed within your ki9 account dashboard. ki9 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments at its discretion.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering
ki9 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity. Funds deposited to ki9 must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or withdrawing to a third-party account, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
4.6 Currency
All transactions on ki9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). ki9 does not currently support multi-currency wallets. Any funds displayed in your account wallet are denominated in BDT.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Bonus Eligibility
Promotional bonuses offered by ki9 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotional credits — are available to eligible players who meet the stated qualification criteria. A player is eligible for a welcome bonus only on their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion's terms. A wagering requirement of, for example, 20x means the bonus amount must be turned over (wagered) a total of twenty times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is displayed clearly on the ki9 bonus page.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
ki9 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus conditions with minimal risk, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds and free bet credits expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated. ki9 will display bonus expiry dates within your account bonus wallet.
6. Game Rules and Betting Conduct
6.1 Game Outcomes
All casino game outcomes on ki9 are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems provided by the respective game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. ki9 does not alter, influence, or interfere with game outcomes. Results are final once a game round has been completed.
6.2 Sports Betting Rules
Sports bets are settled according to the official results declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or voided, ki9 will apply standard industry settlement rules. Live in-play bets placed after a significant event has occurred — but before odds have been updated — may be voided at ki9's discretion.
6.3 Bet Cancellation
Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. ki9 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a system error, incorrect odds publication, or technical malfunction. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the player's wallet.
6.4 Maximum Winnings
ki9 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout limit for a single bet will be capped at the maximum amount, regardless of the theoretical return.
6.5 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ki9 platform and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent banning:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets
- Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or display bugs for financial gain
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt betting activity
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing ki9 support staff
- Any form of fraud, identity theft, or misrepresentation
7. Responsible Gaming
ki9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all adult players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your account settings.
7.1 Self-Exclusion
Any player who wishes to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the affected account is blocked from all deposits, bets, and bonus claims.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
ki9 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party network issues, payment gateway downtime, or events beyond ki9's reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability. ki9 is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability.
8.2 Financial Losses
Gambling involves financial risk and all players may lose money. ki9 accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through gameplay. It is the player's sole responsibility to manage their betting activity within their personal financial means. ki9 strongly recommends that players never gamble with funds they cannot afford to lose.
8.3 Third-Party Services
ki9 relies on third-party services for payment processing (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), game provision (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe), and network infrastructure. ki9 is not liable for errors, delays, or failures attributable to these third-party providers, though we will always cooperate with affected players to resolve issues where possible.
8.4 Maximum Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ki9's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the date the relevant claim arose.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the ki9 platform — including but not limited to the ki9 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of ki9 or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
Reproducing, copying, distributing, publishing, or commercially exploiting any ki9 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised use of ki9 intellectual property may result in legal action.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
ki9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at ki9.bio/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. ki9 does not sell or share personal data with third-party advertisers. Data is processed solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
11.1 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of ki9, you should first contact our support team at [email protected]. ki9 aims to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Please include your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant transaction references in your complaint.
11.2 Escalation
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with ki9 support, the matter may be escalated through the formal dispute procedures outlined in ki9's internal complaints policy. ki9 will provide written reasons for any final decision made in relation to a player complaint.
11.3 Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. Any unresolved legal disputes shall be subject to arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules, and all proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
12. Amendments and Severability
ki9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. Your continued use of the ki9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
